The UBC Department of Medicine is the largest Department in the Faculty of Medicine with active members belonging to our 18 Divisions throughout the province of British Columbia.
The UBC Department of Medicine has over 1,800 faculty members including 93 Academic Faculty, 16 Partner, and approximately 1,790 Clinical Faculty members across Vancouver Fraser Medical Program (VFMP), Island Medical Program (IMP), Southern Medical Program (SMP) and Northern Medical Program (NMP) sites.
