Attention Department of Medicine Faculty and Staff: Please Update your Contact Information in Workday

We are asking UBC Department of Medicine faculty and staff members to log in to the Workday portal and ensure that their contact information is up to date.

Here’s how to update your personal information through Workday:

1. Log in to the Workday portal using your CWL (link available at https://irp.ubc.ca/ )
2. From the menu, select “Personal Information”
3. Under Change, select “Contact Information”
4. Select “Edit” and enter the updated information

Notes about Primary Email address:

• Workday restricts a user’s Primary Email address to one with a @ubc.ca domain.
• You may request to have your Primary Email address updated to a trusted domain; click here to learn more about the trusted domain list.
• The trusted domain list updates with data governance changes.
• To update your Primary Email address, please submit a Workday support request.
