Each year, the UBC Department of Medicine honours faculty and staff members who have made significant and meaningful contributions to education, teaching, research, mentorship, and administration. Our annual Awards Presentation is a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate faculty members and staff and recognize the local and global impact of the UBC Department of Medicine.

Faculty Excellence in Clinical Teaching Honour Roll
This award is given annually to those Department members who provide outstanding contributions to the clinical educational experiences of residents and/or medical students in either the inpatient or outpatient settings. Nominations are based upon trainee evaluations, with only the top 10% of all teachers qualifying for inclusion on the Honour Roll.
