High-Yield Consult Guides
“Vancouver Notes” is a new medical textbook with consult guides for 80 high-yield internal medicine presentations (e.g., chest pain, AKI), including key history / physical exam / investigations / management for each! Each guide aligns with the structure of a consult note (e.g., PMH, HPI, physical exam, etc.), making it an excellent point-of-care resource for learners.
