The 4th Annual UBC Heart Failure Symposium will take place June 7-8, 2019 at the Sheraton Wall Center in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Coming off the resounding success of our 3rd annual symposium in 2018, we are excited to bring new topics and more interactive sessions to this year’s symposium. The over-all theme of the symposium will be Contemporary Care of HF.
Once again, the symposium will begin with a Friday evening session co-sponsored by the Canadian Heart Failure Society and Cardiac Services BC. The theme for this session will be the Interplay between Heart Failure and Arrhythmias. The themes for the Saturday sessions will be ‘Streamlining HF Care in BC’ and Recent Advances in HF Care. As previously, there will be numerous workshops that attendees can attend based on their interest.
We continue to target a diverse audience including, general practitioners, internists, cardiologists, nurses, allied health providers as well as trainees.
