Eight members of the UBC Department of Medicine are the recipients of the 2020 VCHRI COVID-19 Research Fund.
Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute has partnered with VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation to administer the COVID-19 Research Fund.
The VCHRI COVID-19 Research Fund aims to support innovative research with the potential to have a swift impact on evolving clinical challenges related to the COVID-19 outbreak. Research projects that have been funded support current priorities in clinical service and clinical need including the expansion of clinical research, supporting core clinical research, investigating social and mental health aspects of COVID-19, and data science.
