The UBC Department of Medicine is embarking on the development of the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan to help shape our future direction for the next five years.
The strategic plan will lay out our vision, mission, and goals, how we intend to achieve them, and how we will measure and communicate our progress. As we embark on this process with support from the UBC Strategy and Decision Support Team (SDS), we are seeking the invaluable input and perspectives of stakeholders directly and indirectly affiliated with the UBC Department of Medicine.
I am very pleased to announce that our Strategic Plan 2023-2027 webpage is now live.
The webpage will remain on our website’s main menu through all phases of the plan and will have the most updated information available. On the website, you can find more information about the process, the different activities that would be taking place, access to our surveys, and the option to provide general feedback.
I am very excited to begin this process and am looking forward to hearing your input and ideas.
