Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, women’s cardiovascular health, cardiac obstetrics.

Research Summary:

Dr. Chou is the Director of General Cardiology at St. Paul’s Hospital. She is a Clinical and General Cardiologist and sees a broad-spectrum of patients with cardiac conditions and cardiac symptoms. In addition, she provides cardiology consult and ward service at St. Paul’s Hospital and sees patients at both the Atrial Fibrillation Clinic and the Cardiac Obstetrics Clinic. She focusses her attention on her clinical practice and no longer has dedicated time for clinical trials. However, she is active as a recruiter for several studies in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and atrial fibrillation.
