Our core areas provide a strategic framework for our goals, actions, and initiatives.
Our Strategic Plan identifies goals and actions for each core area. Implementation planning has focused on building out specific outcomes and indicators of success for each strategy. Each core area has corresponding success statements that articulates our desired outcome. These are “mini” vision statements that will direct the work of the Department of Medicine over the coming years.
